Talula
Born on the Broadwalk
Talula began as the breakfast terrace of Villa Sinclair, a small beachfront hotel a few steps off the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Guests kept lingering past coffee — so we lit the grill, built a bar, and opened the doors to the whole neighborhood.
Today Talula is a beach bar and kitchen for anyone walking the sand: cyclists stopping for cortaditos, families ordering ceviche after a swim, couples watching the sun drop behind the palms with a margarita in hand.
The cooking is coastal and honest — Florida fish, citrus, herbs, fire. Nothing fussy, everything fresh, all of it meant to be eaten slowly with salt still on your skin.
